- Hold your hand held garage door opener 2-3 inches away from the Homelink system
- Simultaneously press and hold the Homelink button you’d like to pair with and the garage door opener’s button
- Continue holding down both buttons until your Homelink indicator light switches from flashing slowly to rapidly
- Release both buttons
