How do you pop out a dent in your car door?

What are some good ways to pop a dent out of my car door? I drove on a gravel road the other day and I have all sorts of dents in my doors now.

Here are a few different techniques you can try to pop out small dents in your car door:
  • Use a wet plunger on the area.
  • You can also suction out the dent with a vacuum cleaner. Drill a hole in the bottom of a plastic container, then place the mouth of the container over the dent, and use the vacuum to suck the air out of the container.
  • Rub dry ice on the dent. It should pop out on its own.
  • Heat the dented area with a hairdryer, then blow a can of compressed air on the area. The temperature change can cause the dent to pop out on its own.
