How do you open the gas tank on a Mazda CX-5 2014?
I’m driving a rental car and have to fill up the tank before returning it. I can’t figure out how to open the gas cap. How do you open the gas tank on a Mazda CX-5 2014?

To open the gas tank on a Mazda CX-5 2014, look for the fuel release lever under the left side of the dashboard on the driver’s side.
It’s a little tricky to find this lever! Feel around with your left hand beneath the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel. Pull the lever and it will pop open the fuel door.
Once you’ve released the door, you can go out to the fuel door, open it, and unscrew the gas cap to begin refueling.
