How do you get sticky stuff off a car seat?

I was washing my daughter's car seat when I noticed some taffy stuck to it. I have no idea how she got it there, but it won't come off! What are some tips to get sticky stuff off a car seat?

Cleaning up sticky messes is definitely frustrating, but very doable! If your child has gotten taffy on the car seat, you have several options:
  • All-purpose cleaner
  • Antibacterial cleaning wipes
  • Hydrogen peroxide or alcohol
  • Goo Gone
  • White vinegar
Any of these options should get rid of the taffy, or any other gross substances that you may find in your car!
If you want to make sure that your car stays in tip-top condition, and that your family has all the protection you need, it might be a good idea to review your
car insurance policy
once the taffy is taken care of. The easiest way to do this is through the

app—we’ll get you customized quotes from top providers, so that all you need to do is pick the plan that works best for you!
Best of luck with cleaning!
