How do you insure a car in GTA 5?
I just spent hours and tons of virtual money building my favorite car on GTA 5. I want to put insurance on it so if something happens, it isn’t all that difficult to get the car back. How can I insure my favorite car in GTA 5?

Follow these steps to insure a car in GTA 5 online:
- Drive the car you want to insure to any Los Santos Customs location.
- Select Loss/Theft Prevention from the menu.
- Pay the fee.
Car insurance
won’t completely protect your GTA 5 vehicle, but it will add a safety net if something happens to your car while you’re not online. Take the following steps to replace a damaged or stolen car with your car insurance in GTA 5 online:- Access your character’s cell phone.
- Scroll to and call Mors Mutual Insurance.
- Pay the insurance claim fee.
If another player destroys your car while you’re playing online, then they’ll be responsible for the fee to get your car back.
Pro tip: You may not be able to get a stolen GTA car back unless you also install the
anti-theft tracker
