How do you connect Bluetooth to a Mercedes Metris?
I started a job doing passenger transport for a local senior care center. I’m allowed to play my own music while I drive, but I don’t know how. Can you tell me how to connect my Bluetooth to a Mercedes Metris?

van may not be as glamorous compared to some of its daily driver siblings, but it’s got to be a treat nonetheless! To connect Bluetooth to a Mercedes Metris, just follow these steps:- Turn your car on, but leave it in PARK. Make sure your device’s Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable.
- Press the TEL button located to the left of your Metris infotainment screen.
- Use the arrow buttons to select the Telephone menu.
- Select the Bluetooth Telephone menu.
- Select Update and wait while your Metris software searches for your Bluetooth device.
- Select your device from the list of found devices and enter a five-digit passkey of your choosing.
- Enter the same passkey on your Bluetooth device to complete your connection.
- You should see the message Authorization Complete on your infotainment screen if done correctly.
Depending on your model, the Bluetooth device search may start as soon as you press the TEL button if no other devices have been connected. If that’s the case, just follow the same instructions once the list of found devices appears.
Bluetooth connectivity is a great feature, but it’s up to you to make sure you’re not engaging in
distracted driving
while using it. A ticket could put both your job and your car insurance
