Congratulations on the new job! Using a Bluetooth device will make it easier to use navigation and listen to music while you complete your tasks. Follow these steps to connect Bluetooth to a
Ford Transit
from 2016:
  1. Make sure your van is in PARK and your device’s Bluetooth is on and discoverable
  2. Select the PHONE menu on your Transit’s SYNC radio setup
  3. Scroll through the menu to select ADD PHONE or ADD DEVICE
  4. Select SYNC on your device’s list of discoverable Bluetooth connections
  5. Confirm that the PIN on your Transit’s screen matches the one on your device to finish pairing
By using Ford’s SYNC Bluetooth technology, you’ll have a much easier—and safer—time completing your deliveries. Using voice commands to operate your device hands-free is a great way to cut down on
distracted driving
and avoid costly tickets that would put you (and your job) in jeopardy.
A distracted driving ticket while you’re on the clock will have consequences—even on your personal
car insurance
rates. Thankfully, Bluetooth voice commands are a great way to stay focused on the road, and you may even qualify for a discount if you keep your record clean for a certain amount of time!
