How do I turn on the daytime running lights in my Kia?

I need to replace the battery in my 2010 Mercedes C300. The only trouble is, I can seem to find the thing. It’s not under the hood where I figured it should be. Where is it located in that model?

I’ve always wanted to buy a luxury car, but I’ve never had a huge budget. But once I set eyes on the Mercedes CLA, I wanted it. It’s cheaper than high-end domestic and Japanese vehicles, and I get all the status of a person who has a high-end luxury car. My only issue is with the quality. Where does Mercedes make the CLA?
