How do I reset the odometer in my Toyota RAV4?
Hey, how do you reset an odometer trip in a Toyota RAV4? I thought I was supposed to press the "trip" button and hold it down, but that's not working. What am I missing?

Ah, that little snag has confused more than a few people. The
Toyota RAV4
is very slightly different. Here’s how you reset the Toyota RAV4 odometer:- Press the TRIP button until the specific trip you want to clear is selected and shown on your odometer’s display area.
- Push and hold the TRIP button on the dashboard.
- While holding the button, turn the car’s ignition to the second position.
- Keep holding the button for about 10 seconds until the light flashes, beeps, and then goes out.
- Release the odometer button.
And that’s it! You’re RAV4 trip should be reset now!
