How do I replace a 2010 Toyota Corolla headlight?

Replacing, adjusting, and cleaning headlights are things that many drivers do on their own to keep their cars on the road safely.
To replace a 2010 Toyota Corolla headlight, **buy the correct replacement bulb and remove the old one through the back of the headlight assembly. **
The 2010 Corolla uses two bulbs in each headlamp, so first, you will need to verify which one needs replacing.
The outside bulb is for the low beams and can be replaced with a 9006 bulb.
The inside bulb is for the high beams and can be replaced with a 9005 bulb.
To replace the old bulb:
- Open the hood and find the bulb behind the headlight assembly.
- Turn the bulb counter-clockwise and pull it out.
- Remove the electrical plug by pushing down on the tab and pulling it apart.
- Connect the new bulb to the electrical plug.
- Insert the bulb into the housing and turn it clockwise.
