You can renew your driver’s license in
Washington
state online by visiting the Department of Licensing website
. On this website, you’ll need to enter information like:- Your full name
- Your birthday
- Your driver’s license number
- Your Social Security number
- Your current address
If you don’t qualify for online renewal, however, you’ll need to visit your local DOL office. Drivers who are under 24 or over 70 are required to renew in person and take the vision exam before they can receive their new license, so if you fall into that demographic, visiting the DOL office is mandatory.
