Don’t overthink it! To open the gas tank on a Honda Fit from 2008, just go to the driver’s side of the vehicle and pull on the little notched edge on the right side of the gas tank door. That’s all there is to it—the 2008 Fit doesn’t have any locks, buttons, or releases on its gas tank door!
