How do I dim the dash lights in my 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid?
I bought a used 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid recently and when I was driving last night I realized the dash lights were really bright—they look fine during the daytime so I’m not sure what the issue is. How do I dim the dash lights in my Ford Fusion Hybrid?

If your 2012

dash lights are too bright at night, it should be possible to dim them with the dash panel brightness adjustment switch.If you look to the left side of your steering wheel, you should see a black rectangular button with an indentation containing three symbols: two arrows pointing up/down and a speedometer with a little light bulb next to it.
It’s possible that the previous owner of your vehicle needed the dash lights to be brighter at night and turned them up to a brightness higher than you’re comfortable with. In this case, you should be able to dim the dash lights by pressing the down arrow until you reach a brightness that is more agreeable to your eyes.
