I just bought a used BMW 335I and love it so far, except for one issue—I can’t figure out how to connect to my car’s Bluetooth! Any idea about how to connect to the Bluetooth in a BMW 335I?

To connect to the Bluetooth in a
BMW 335I
, follow these easy steps:
  • Turn on your smartphone’s Bluetooth function.
  • On the left side of your iDrive screen, press COM > Mobile Devices > New Device. Choose from the options how you would like to use your device. Now, the system should be discoverable from your smartphone to enable connection.
  • Select your BMW once it becomes discoverable on your smartphone’s Bluetooth menu. Your iDrive screen should confirm that pairing has been initiated.
  • Input the code on your iDrive screen into your smartphone when your phone prompts you. This will finish the pairing process and connect your phone to Bluetooth.
