How do I change my address on a Progressive renters insurance policy?

I was in a small accident the other day and wanted to take my car into the shop, but I’m not sure if my fender or bumper was damaged. What’s the difference between a fender vs. a bumper?

What are the consequences for being caught without it and what happens if I get in an accident? My license expired.

I see that my homeowner's policy has a wind/hail deductible of 5% and then another deductible of $1,000. I guess I didn't notice this when I purchased the policy. I am insured for $375,000; how would the wind/hail deductible come into play?
