Does the Audi A3 have blind spot monitoring?
I’m in the market for an Audi A3 Prestige, but I don’t want to pay for top trim if it’s not already going to include everything I want. If I go with the Prestige, will it include a blind spot monitoring system, or am I going to have to shell out extra for it?

You’re in luck—Audi’s blind spot monitoring system, called Audi side assist, is part of the Prestige’s standard equipment. If you decide to choose a lower trim, you can still add side assist as part of the Premium Plus Technology Package, but it’s not available on the base Premium trim.
Audi’s side assist is an innovative system that uses radar to continuously monitor the sides of your vehicle and warn you if another vehicle gets too close.
