Does the 2018 Lexus RX 350 have a spare tire?

There is, but it’s hidden!
To find the spare tire on your 2018 Lexus RX 350, head to the rear of your vehicle and open the hatch to the cargo area. Pull up the floor covering, and you should see your spare tire hiding underneath.
What you might not see—at least at first—is your tire iron and car jack. The floor covering of the 2018 RX 350 is divided into two sections, so when you flip up the first section, you’ll see the spare tire. You have to flip up the second section as well to reveal the tire iron and car jack.
After that, you’ve got all the items you need to change your flat tire.
