Does the 2013 Mini Cooper have Bluetooth?
I’m shopping around for a used Mini Cooper, and I want to make sure that it has the features I need! I use my phone a lot in my car (hands free, of course!), so Bluetooth is a must. There are a few 2013 Minis that I like—but can you tell me if the 2013 Mini Cooper has Bluetooth?

The 2013
Mini Cooper
came standard with Bluetooth calling functionality. This means that you can easily pair your phone with your Mini for hands-free driving. Not only is this the safest and most convenient option, it will also keep you from running afoul of the law—in most states, you can get a distracted driving
ticket for failing to use hands-free mode. Here’s how to get your phone paired in a 2013 Mini Cooper:
** Select the “Phone” option in the car’s main menu.
** Select the “Pair” button in the car’s Bluetooth menu.
** Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on in your device, and allow it to search for and find your Mini.
** Once your Mini and your device see each other, select “Add” in the car’s Bluetooth menu.
** You will be asked to create a passcode which you will need to enter in both your device and the Mini’s Bluetooth menu.
** Choose “Join” on your device, and you should be good to go!
