Does the 2007 Chevy Equinox have Bluetooth?

I’m thinking about getting a used Chevy, but I’m worried it won’t have any of the technology features I’m used to. Does the 2007 Chevy Equinox have Bluetooth?

No, the 2007
Chevy Equinox
does not have Bluetooth. Bluetooth capabilities weren’t introduced to this model until 2009 when they entered the Chevy lineup in general.
While this model won’t offer hands-free calling or wireless music streaming, you’re not completely out of options. You can upgrade your sound system to incorporate a Bluetooth receiver, which you can use to stream music from your device through your car’s sound system.
If you’re set on having Bluetooth connectivity in your new ride, consider a Chevy made in 2009 or later, like the
Chevy Cruze
or the
Chevy Impala
. From there, you’ll need to make sure the vehicle is the right trim level or has the correct technology package you want.
One upside of getting the ‘07 model? Since the car is older and has a diminished value, your
car insurance
rates will be relatively low. The more expensive a car would be for an insurance company to replace in the event of a collision, the more your car insurance premiums will generally cost.
