Does Ford give loaner cars for warranty work?

I’m having an issue with the transmission of my Ford, and I only bought it about a year ago. The dealership assured me it would cover the repair, but it may take days to finish. In the meantime, I need to get to work. Will Ford give me a loaner car if my car is in the shop for warranty work?

Ford does not offer loaner cars when your car is in the shop for warranty work—or at least they aren’t required to do so. Some Ford dealerships may offer this as a courtesy, but don’t assume it’s guaranteed.
However, both the original factory and extended warranty offer rental reimbursement at a rate of $35 a day for a maximum of 10 days.
In the future, you may want to consider
rental reimbursement coverage
as an add-on to your car insurance policy.
