The Extended Cab version of the SL, STX, XLT, FX4, Lariat, and Harley-Davidson trims all come with a 27-gallon tank. The only exception for the Extended Cab version is for any of the trims with a 5.6-foot truck bed, which come with a 26-gallon fuel tank.
When it comes to the Crew Cab pickup, all trims come equipped with a 30-gallon fuel tank, regardless of bed length or engine type.
