Do all types of car insurance cover bullet holes?

I was getting gas on a recent road trip. As I entered the gas station to pay, I heard some loud pops. When I went outside, I noticed my vehicle had been struck by three bullets. There was no damage to the mechanical aspects of the vehicle, but cosmetically, it's just not the same. Do all types of car insurance cover bullet holes?

, however, you’re in luck! Comprehensive coverage takes care of non-collision damage to your car caused by theft, vandalism, acts of God, and other things out of your control. As you were the victim of a crime, your insurance will undoubtedly cover this damage if you have comprehensive coverage. “
