My car is black, so I’m afraid using a brush will cause scratching. How do I remove snow off my car without a brush?

Black cars do scratch pretty easily, so I hear you there. Luckily, there are some ways to
remove snow
from your car without a brush. The quickest option is to use a leaf blower, which generates some heat and will blow loose snow off of your car in just a few seconds. If you don’t have one handy, read on.
- Your car will begin to produce heat from the time you turn on the engine. The warmth will melt a portion of the snow on your hood and around the rear of your vehicle.
- While your engine is warming up, turn on your front and rear defrosters. This will help clear snow from the glass so you can see when you begin to drive.
- While you wait for the heat to do its thing, throw on a pair of snow gloves and begin to brush the remaining snow off the roof of the vehicle with your hands.
- Start at the highest point of the vehicle and work your way down, so the snow falls to the ground. And, if you don’t get all the snow off your car, don’t fret. The snow in the crevices and stuck to the hood of your vehicle will melt as you begin to drive.
