I recently bought a new Q7, but I can’t figure out how to connect my phone to the stereo system via Bluetooth. Can you tell me how to connect Bluetooth to an Audi Q7?

Congrats on the new car! If your Audi Q7 is equipped with Bluetooth capabilities, here’s how you can connect your device:
  • Turn your vehicle on
  • Turn your device’s Bluetooth on
  • Select “phone” from the home menu of your infotainment screen
  • Select “connect mobile device”
  • Select your device on the infotainment screen once it appears
  • Confirm the pin sent to your phone matches the one on the infotainment screen
  • Select “pair” from your device and any other necessary confirmations
If your Audi Q7 also has Apple CarPlay, you may be prompted to use this feature, but this will cancel out your Bluetooth connection, so if you prefer to use the latter, you’ll want to select “not now” on your device.
