Can I get a hardship license in Arkansas if I’m too young to get my license but need to drive to work? I usually take the bus or ask people for rides, but it would be way easier to drive if that’s possible.

You’ll need to meet the following requirements to receive an age waiver:
  • Maintain a C grade point average or higher.
  • Be 14 to 16 years old.
  • Possess a
    learner’s permit
    with the correct address.
  • Have the permission of your parent or legal guardian.
