Can you get tennis elbow from driving?

I’ve read that repeated movements while driving can lead to tennis elbow. Since I’m a long-haul trucker, I can’t afford to have this medical issue. Can driving cause tennis elbow?

You don’t have to be Serena Williams or Roger Federer to get tennis elbow. You can get tennis elbow from driving. That’s because repeated movements like turning the wheel or shifting gears can lead to the condition.
To avoid getting tennis elbow—also known as lateral epicondylitis—take frequent breaks, preferably once every two hours or so. Use this time to stretch, get a little bit of exercise, or

Keep in mind that tennis elbow is a serious condition. Even with treatment, it can last from six months to two years. Constant rest of the arm is necessary for it to fully heal.
Since you’re a long-haul trucker, tennis elbow is probably just one of your worries. Staying safe on the road is even more important.
