Can Toyota do Lexus warranty work?
I need to get my Lexus serviced for what I believe should be a warranty-covered repair. There’s a Toyota dealership at the end of my street, and I know the two brands are linked. Am I able to get Lexus warranty work done at a Toyota service center?

parts and technicians typically learn a lot of the same maintenance procedures.However, whether or not a Toyota service center will perform warranty work on a Lexus is up to that specific location. They may say no to Lexus warranty work for a few reasons:
- The Toyota technician may not be trained on the specific repair that your Lexus needs.
- Your Lexus may require a part that Toyota does not use.
- Your Lexus repair may not actually be covered under the warranty.
You can always try to take your Lexus to a Toyota service center for warranty work. Just don’t be too surprised if they say, “No.”
