Can I use my roadside assistance immediately after I purchase it?

With most plans, there is a 24 hour to 3 day waiting period before you can use your new roadside assistance benefits.
However, every company and plan is different. If you purchased a higher tier or more expensive plan, you may be eligible to use your benefits immediately.
Since you need to use the coverage now, you should reach out to the company directly. They’ll be able to tell you if you’re able to use your towing coverage.
- If you can’t use your coverage right away: Check with the company to see if you can upgrade to a higher plan that would allow immediate use.
- If updgarding is not possible: You’ll likely have to pay out of pocket for the tow and know that in the future you’ll be covered.
