Can I ship a truck that I owe money on from Hawaii to Texas and still have insurance coverage?

I'm moving from Hawaii to Texas, and I want to take my truck with me. I wanted to know if my full-coverage insurance will cover me if something happens on this trip.

“Not all car insurance companies will cover this, so it’s worth it to make a call to your agent and find out if your
comprehensive coverage
will cover your truck.
If not, most shipping companies have insurance that you can buy or that’s automatically included with the shipping price.
