Are windshields covered under the Toyota warranty?

I just bought my Toyota about a month ago. The other day, I was driving on the interstate and a piece of debris flew up and cracked my windshield. Replacing them is expensive, so I wanted to see if the warranty will help—will the Toyota warranty cover a cracked windshield?

The
Toyota
warranty does not cover windshields for any reason, as this damage is always deemed normal wear and tear.
You may still have another option to replace the windshield at little or no cost apart from the warranty.
If you decided to get
full coverage car insurance
or it was required by your lender, this typically falls under comprehensive coverage or additional glass coverage. If that’s the case, you just need to see if the cost to replace the windshield is less or more than your
deductible
to decide how to replace it.
Meanwhile, see if you can
fix it with household items
and then go straight to a repair shop to get the windshield fixed by a professional.
