All participants in this team have a great track record, with Calderon's prior participation putting her in the limelight. In the MRF challenge Formula 2000, Calderon finished second.
Floersch is an open-wheel racing enthusiast, who is determined to showcase her prowess in Formula 3. Visser has competed in a range of vehicles from GT cars to open-wheel machines and earned second place in the inaugural W Series championship.

Iron Lynx, also known as the Iron Dames, is on a mission to inspire other female drivers who may be interested in motorsports. Driving the Ferrari 488 GTE, Rahel Frey, Michelle Gatting, and Sarah Bovy are all geared towards success.
The team ranked 34th in 2020. Frey has actively participated in motorsports since 2010, notably taking part in DTM, ELMS, and IMSA.
Gatting debuted in 2011 during Formula Ford Denmark, where she scooped up third place. Bovy has previously participated in the W Series championships.
Even though male teams currently far outnumber female teams, the Richard Mille Racing and Iron Lynx crews are big first steps for women in racing. These all-female teams provide opportunities for women to come out and prove their skills and promote more inclusivity in motorsports.
