1. If you fail to pay a fine

3. If you leave the scene of an accident

Wyoming law requires anyone involved in a serious traffic accident to remain on the scene, provide aid to any injured persons, exchange insurance information, and cooperate with law enforcement. If you leave the scene of an accident in Wyoming, your license may be suspended for one year.
