Can I file a claim through the Jerry app?
You can’t directly file a claim through the Jerry app, but you can gain access to your provider’s applicable phone number through the app and launch a call to connect with an insurance agent for claims handling.
Where can I find my coverage details in the Jerry app?
You can find your coverage details by selecting “View policy” on the Jerry app home screen. Through there, you’ll be able to view your insurance ID card and your coverage information.
Do I need to have a policy through Jerry to view my insurance ID card?
You do not need to purchase a car insurance policy through Jerry in order to store your insurance ID card in the app. You can add your insurance card to your driver profile, and it will serve as valid proof of insurance in case of an emergency.
Can I have two policies in the Jerry app?
Yes, you can have more than one car insurance policy in the Jerry app, and you can access insurance documents for both policies as well.
