All the configurations of the 2022 Lincoln Aviator

If you’re shopping for a 2022 Lincoln Aviator, you’ll have several great options. First, choose between five distinct trim levels. Then—depending on which trim you choose—decide which drivetrain best suits your needs.
The five trims available are the Standard, Reserve, Grand Touring, Black Label, and Black Label Touring (more on their differences later).
In terms of drivetrain, the Standard and Reserve trims are equipped with rear-wheel drive, but you can opt to upgrade to all-wheel drive. All of the upper trims come standard with all-wheel drive.
In the end, there are seven different possibilities, meaning that it’s pretty easy to find the perfect Aviator for you. Let’s take a closer look at each option.

Aviator Standard RWD

Starting price: $51,780
The entry-level Aviator is the most budget-friendly option, but still offers a long list of standard features, including:
  • A powerful 400-hp twin-turbo V6 engine
  • A 10-speed automatic transmission
  • A 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster
  • A 10.1-inch touchscreen and an impressive list of infotainment-focused technology
  • A host of driver-assistance technology

Aviator Standard AWD

Starting price: $54,285
If you’re satisfied with the Aviator’s entry-level trim but simply want to upgrade to an all-wheel drivetrain, it’ll cost you an additional $2,505. All-wheel drive is a great option if you ever plan to take your Aviator off road or if you live in a snowy or icy climate.

Aviator Reserve RWD

Starting price: $57,675
Up next is the Reserve, which—perhaps most notably—includes a driver-assistance package with front, rear, and side parking sensors, dubbed the Co-Pilot360 1.5 Plus. Other exciting upgrades include four-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera system, a panoramic sunroof, and a 14-speaker sound system

Aviator Reserve AWD

Starting price: $60,205
Once again, rear-wheel drive is standard on the Reserve trim, meaning you’ll have to shell out a bit of extra cash if you want to upgrade to the all-wheel drivetrain.

Aviator Grand Touring

Starting price: $68,680
The Aviator Grand Touring (as well as the remainder of the Aviator lineup) includes all-wheel drive as a standard feature—but that’s not all that gets upgraded.
The Grand Touring adds a 100-horsepower electric motor and a 13.6-kWh battery to the Aviator’s standard 400-horsepower twin-turbo V6 engine. This plug-in hybrid model produces 494 horsepower and 630 pound-feet of torque.
You’ll also get 25 mpg on the highway, compared to the gas-only Touring’s EPA rating of 22 mpg.

Aviator Black Label

Starting price: $79,675
As its name suggests, the Aviator Black Label is one of the most elegant vehicles in the lineup. Plus, with the purchase of a Black Label vehicle, you’ll get exclusive access to member benefits, including complimentary scheduled maintenance for four years or 50,000 miles.
The regular Black Label is powered by the Aviator’s gas-only powertrain, as described above.

Aviator Black Label Grand Touring

Starting price: $88,230
Your final and most expensive option is the Black Label Grand Touring, which—you guessed it—combines the exclusive luxury of the Black Label with the plug-in hybrid capabilities of the Grand Touring.
