We’re introducing a handy new feature to the Jerry app so you can access your important account-related documentation at any time.
From now on, if you need to store documents specific to you or your vehicle (driver's license, inspection, maintenance and repair, etc.), or if you need to sign any documents for your car insurance, you can do that through the app with My Documents. Yet another way that Jerry is simplifying the insurance-shopping process!
To access this new feature, click on More at the bottom of the screen in the app. Next, click on My Documents. This is where you can upload, view, and sign your documents.

If you click on a specific item, you'll be taken to a new page. If the document is already stored in the app, you should be able to view it. If it still needs to be uploaded, click on Upload document.

Once you’re taken to the Add a new document page, you can upload a document by taking a photo on your phone or selecting the document from your gallery.

And don’t worry, if an insurance document in the app needs your attention, we’ll let you know. You will see a "Jerry.ai Requests" message in My Documents, prompting you to submit your signature.

Click on the document link, then click on Continue, and then draw your signature on your screen.
