Will roadside assistance tow a box truck?

Does AAA or similar roadside assistance cover towing of a box truck? I have an old U-Haul that I use to tow furniture. It's a bit older and I worry about it breaking down.

“No, a box truck isn’t often covered by
AAA
 or similar roadside assistance programs.
In all likelihood, even
towing and labor coverage
 won’t cover this through your insurance company.
Instead, you’ll have to get commercial roadside assistance.
It’s very expensive though, often in the $300 per year or more range. But if your truck is on its last leg, it might be worth the price tag.”
