Where is the trunk button on a 2014 Chevy Malibu?
I just bought a 2014 Chevy Malibu, but for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to pop the trunk. Where can I find the trunk release on a 2014 Malibu?

Oddly enough, the 2014 Chevy Malibu does not have a trunk button or release on the interior of the vehicle. Many people make this mistake, so you’re certainly not the first!
The 2013 Chevy Malibu has a trunk button that’s actually located on the right-hand side of the center brake light near the top of the trunk. Press this button, and the trunk should pop right open.
If you want to pop the trunk while you’re still inside the cabin, tap the trunk icon on your key fob twice. This should open the trunk in the same fashion as the button on the rear.
