Where is the fuel pump relay in a 1999 Toyota Tacoma?

I’ve been driving my 1999 Toyota Tacoma for over 20 years now, and only recently did the engine start stalling every now and then. I’m worried it’s a bad fuel pump relay. Where can I find that on my truck?

The fuel pump relay in a 1999 Tacoma is under the hood in the engine control fuse box. The inside of the lid may have a guide to point you toward which switch is the fuel pump relay.
If you need any specific details about your truck, it may be a good idea to check your owner’s manual, which is available online if you can’t find the physical copy. Remember to always disconnect your Tacoma’s battery before you activate any fuses!
If you end up stranded because of a faulty fuel pump relay, you may want to add roadside assistance coverage on your
