Where is the battery located in a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox?
I need to jumpstart the battery on my 2012 Chevrolet Equinox, but when I lifted the hood I didn’t see anything that looked like a battery. There were a couple of knobs that looked like battery terminals, but that’s all I could find. Where is the actual battery?

The battery in a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox is under the hood, but it’s kind of hidden. What you saw very well might have been terminals to help make jumpstarting your vehicle easier, because the battery itself is behind the driver’s side headlight underneath some other components.
