is somewhat hidden—which could explain why you’ve been having trouble finding it! To locate your battery, you’ll need to look toward the back of the engine bay on the passenger’s side. There, you should see a plastic cover that’s slightly elevated. This is actually the storage compartment for your battery! To get to it, you’ll need to remove the five screws that hold the plastic cover in place, then release a singular retaining clip to remove the cover altogether. With the cover gone, the battery will be clear to see and easy to access!
