So I was regaling my young grandchildren about those halcyon days when I’d barnstorm across the country with their grandmother, following the Grateful Dead from city to city. We did it all in our reliable and shifty Suzuki Swift. My oldest grandson asked if all Suzukis are made in Japan, and I told him that, yes, I assumed they were.
