has an OBD port located on the driver’s side console of your vehicle. The port will be covered by the carpet of your Accord, so you’ll need to peel up the flooring on the right-hand side of the driver’s seat along the center console of your car in order to access the OBD port.
The port will be near the front of your car, meaning you’ll have to reach slightly under the dashboard to find the exact location of the port. You can find it just above the hood release lever, which is also on the driver’s side of your Honda. If you have trouble finding the OBD port in your Honda Accord, you can always check your owner’s manual for more information.
Once you gain access to your Honda’s OBD port, you’ll be able to insert your OBD device to read the active
and learn more about your vehicle’s engine, electrical system, emissions, and more. However, make sure not to leave your OBD device plugged into your OBD port for too long, as doing so can drain your car’s battery over time.
