Where are Toyota engines made?

I want to know if Toyota makes all of its engines in the same place or if they have multiple factories worldwide. As a Toyota owner, I’m just curious to know how they standardize their parts. Where does Toyota make its engines?

In the United States, Toyota engines are made at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, which is located in Georgetown, Kentucky. This plant is capable of producing more than 600,000 engines per year, so many Toyota models found in the U.S. today have an engine built within the country.
Still, if you’re curious about where your engine was made, you can always talk to your dealer. Using the VIN for your car, they’ll be able to locate the exact country of origin for your vehicle!
