What type of oil does the 2010 Toyota Corolla need?

What type of oil should I buy for my 2010 Toyota Corolla? I’ve heard that you can damage your engine by using the wrong type of oil, so I want to make sure that I get the right thing.

You’re right to be cautious, since using the wrong type of oil in your car can definitely damage your engine! The 2010
Toyota Corolla
needs 5W-20 grade synthetic motor oil in order to function properly.
If you have any additional questions about motor oil brands and grades, you should ask your local auto parts store employee for their opinion about the best oil for your car. Most employees will be happy to help you find the right oil for your car so you can continue to drive smoothly.
