What trim levels are there for the Subaru Outback?
I’ve always heard that Subaru Outbacks are great cars and I’m seriously thinking about buying one. I know that they come in a variety of trim levels but I’m not exactly sure which are currently available—so what are the trims on the Outback?

Subarus have a longstanding reputation as some of the most reliable cars on the market, and it is hard to go wrong with a brand new Outback. There are eight different trim levels for the 2022 Subaru Outback:
- Base
- Premium
- Limited
- Touring
- Onyx Edition XT
- Wilderness
- Limited XT
- Touring XT
The Base trim of the Outback has the least goodies of the bunch, but it is also your cheapest option. The
Outback Premium
trim brings some welcomed luxury to the interior of the car with heated seats and a large touchscreen display. For bigger wheels and an upgraded interior, you can consider the
Limited trim
. The bump to Touring
keeps up the pace with quality of life features like a heated steering wheel.The
Onyx Edition XT
trim is where the significant upgrades start for your Subaru
, and that’s because it comes equipped with a more powerful 2.4-liter, 260 horsepower engine. The Limited XT and Touring XT offer even more in the way of features while also offering the heightened performance of the Onyx Edition.The
Subaru Outback Wilderness
