What should I do if I haven't gotten a receipt of the car loan from my lender?

"What should I do if I haven't received the receipt from my lender? I haven't paid my car loan yet because I never got a receipt from the lender or the dealer."

“Get on the phone immediately to see what’s going on.
If you got financing through the dealer, it could be something as small as a clerical error. Conversely, your
new car
loan might not have been funded, and you’ll need to go through the loan process again.
Either way, don’t delay on getting this information. The last thing you’d want to do is get a hit to your credit report because you didn’t get a receipt. Be proactive, and you should be able to get this sorted out.”
