Performance upgrade does turn your car into the Performance model! This upgrade includes features like:- A faster 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds
- A top speed of 155 mph
- Improved handling and braking control
If you decide to go for this upgrade, keep in mind that it’s pretty pricey. Upgrading your Model Y to a Model Y Performance will usually cost you an additional $10,000 on top of the price of your vehicle.
Additionally, you’ll have to make some sacrifices for this upgrade—namely your car’s range and fuel efficiency. You’ll see a decreased range and fuel efficiency in your Model Y due to the other improvements made through the upgrade.
