What is not a consequence of careless driving?

I’m in the middle of studying for my written driver’s ed exam, but I left my notes and book at school. The test is tomorrow. I keep coming across a question I’m not sure how to answer. What would not be considered a result of careless driving?

Sorry to hear you left your notes at school! When asked what is not a consequence of careless driving, a
car insurance
reduction is usually the right answer on driver’s ed tests.
By avoiding careless driving, you can also enjoy:
  • Better driving habits
  • No citations or tickets
  • Less chance of getting in an accident
If you remember to drive attentively, you shouldn’t have to worry about getting a careless driving ticket. Without tickets on your record, your car insurance rates will drop over time.
