I’m a terrible test taker. It doesn’t matter how much I study, I still trip up on test questions. I’m getting ready to take my written driving test in a couple of days. What happens if I fail?

With all the build-up that goes into getting your license, I get why your nerves are taking over! Try not to worry too much, because you can retake the written test within two weeks if you fail.
Each state has slightly different requirements, so keep that in mind. For the most part, you’ll have three attempts over a certain timeframe to retake the test before you need to reapply. You’ll also have to pay the reexamination fee each time.
