What happens if a car insurance company gets my birthdate wrong?

I purchased car insurance for the first time, but when I looked at the policy, I noticed my birthday was wrong, making me 26 and not 21. I didn't do this on purpose and I called the agent to correct the error but haven't heard back from them. Is there a chance my insurance is invalid?

“Mistakes happen! You or the insurance agent could have mistyped your date of birth without realizing it. The important thing is that you discovered the error and are actively trying to correct it.
The sooner you let your
car insurance company
know, the better. If you can’t get ahold of your agent, try a general number for the company. A customer service agent may be able to help correct the error.
That said, while you didn’t deliberately try to change your birthday, your rates may change. Drivers over the age of 25, or those who have more driving experience, often pay less for insurance than someone your age.
Should you find your insurance rates significantly increase after your insurance company adjusts your birthdate, shop around. Rates vary and you may be able to find a better rate with another company.
